Goal
It is the goal of Gallup Express, through its ADA complementary paratransit service, to design, implement and maintain an efficient and effective transportation system for persons with disabilities who are “ADA paratransit eligible.”
Policy
It is the policy of Gallup Express that no otherwise qualified person shall, solely by reason of his/her disability, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity undertaken by Gallup Express that receives or benefits from federal financial assistance.
Purpose

- To maintain a trained staff for the operation and control of the service.
- To provide on-going mechanisms for persons with disabilities to provide input on ADA complementary paratransit service, policies and procedures.
- To provide all public information tools on Gallup Express services in accessible formats.
